 Before we were married (20-25 years ago), my wife lived near this theater. It was called the Brooks Atkinson Theater even then, and the weird thing was that the act then was Rowan Atkinson. Rowan Atkinson was not on my radar screen at all back then (nor Brooks, neither), and this just wasn't something I could parse. Is son playing at Dad's theater, like? I think I had a few reasons to take this shot... Sentimentality, photography, and maybe also for the Named After People group I started on Flickr, seeing as how Brooks Atkinson was a real person.
