Not to toot my own horn, but I love the extended vista of this shot. Going from the foreground back, you have a neighborhood in Sunset Park (Brooklyn), then the Gowanus Expressway, then a ship moored a block further back. The conical structure in the center is the abandoned Revere Sugar factory in Red Hook (Brooklyn), a neighborhood with shipping roots, "cut off" from the rest of Brooklyn by the expressway (it also has no subway service). Behind it is the Statue of Liberty, and beyond her, New Jersey. I file this in Brooklyn, under Sunset Park.
