Democrats now showing more enthusiasm than Republicans do.

New poll results from Gallup show that enthusiasm has grown more among Democrats than among Republicans since July -- in both swing states and across the nation. And it's now stronger among Democrats than among Republicans. In both swing states and across the nation.

And that has implications not just for the White House, but also down-ticket races.
